Presently, we Must have Noticed that those that Generally love Cardio, especially Running and those that want to get the Maximum merits out of their Workout, have to Consider Strength Training.
If you are Already a Fan of Weight Lifting, Then you are Lucky. Just do it on Regular Basis. But if you are like me, Not a big fan of weight training, but have to do it anyway, do it in a Smart Way.
What I personally do is working to improve strength of my Legs, which definitely helps me in Running for longer. You have to focus on you target. The multitude of lifting weights you do should involve muscle which will help you to achieve that Target. If you just want to stay fit, and in good shape, do build stronger muscles and increase your muscle mass by doing rotation of weight training.

Personal Trainer can put you on track, so that you can continue alone afterwards. A personal Trainer can always teach you to get stronger muscles, without getting injured
